Where are these cookies baked?
All cookies are baked to order. Bo's bakelab is operating under the
Ontario, Canada Cottage Food Laws. To allow private bakers to sell food in keeping with the Health Protection and Promotion Act (HPPA) and the Food Premises Regulation. And thanks for your support in all small local businesses in Richmond Hill, we can continue to operate and produce unique goods.

Do your cookies contain nuts and other allergens?
Our cookies may contain or have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts,
dairy, wheat, egg, and soy. With all cookies are made in the same place. We can not guarantee that any of the flavors will be nut free.

Storage, and should I reheat these cookies?
Bo's Bakelab specializes in baking fresh-to-order cookies. Our cookies are at their best for up to 8 days* when kept in their sealed packaging, or you can freeze them to enjoy later.
- Warm cookies heighten the flavors when reheated.
- To reheat, put cookies in a preheated toaster oven at medium-low heat for 30 sec to one minute, or microwave for about 15-30 seconds.
- For cookies that have been frozen, preheat the oven to 350°F and reheat for 2-4 minutes or until they're warmed through.
To maintain optimal freshness, please refrigerate* or freeze any uneaten cookies. Frozen cookies can be safely stored for up to a month. Enjoy!

Where do you deliver your cookies?
Currently delivering to Richmond Hill and Markham area between 1pm - 6pm (Tue • Thu • Fri • Sun). North York plus downtown Toronto Area coming soon!
Just a heads up, we need a two-day lead time from the day you place your order to the actual delivery. Also, there is a limited number of delivery slots each day, so plan accordingly :)
Delivery Days: You can expect your goodies on the following days: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Current Delivery Locations: At the moment, we're delivering delicious treats in Markham and Richmond Hill, between 1 pm - 6 pm.
Expanding Delivery: Exciting news! We're working hard to extend our delivery area to cover the Greater Toronto Area. Stay tuned for updates!
Shipping Address Only: Please remember, we'll deliver your treats only to the address you provide during the order process.
Email Notifications: We'll keep you in the loop. You'll receive an email on the day of delivery (somewhere between 10am - 6pm) and another after your delivery has been made.
Check Delivery Range: If you're not sure whether we can reach your address, no worries. Just enter your address on the checkout page to confirm.

What is the minimum order?
Free delivery for 12 cookies / CAD$48 with the same shipping address.
A minimum of 8 cookies is required to process the order with a delivery
charge of CAD$14.
